What are you going to do?

The phone rings or a request comes in. A guest wants only one thing: a fantastic getaway in the Veluwe. You ask the right questions, listen carefully, and help them make the best choice. Whether it’s a simple reservation or a full-day program including catering and extras, you make sure everything is just right.

You will carefully enter reservations into our reservation system so that colleagues on-site know exactly what has been booked, including any catering or extras. Because you work for multiple SOS Events brands, no two days are the same. We aim for excellence, not just for our guests but also for our colleagues. You can see that in the atmosphere, the summer BBQ, themed parties, and our annual trip abroad. And of course, you get to experience all the outings we offer yourself.
